Add PRIVACY POLICY to your website
Mobile carrier companies now require that any organization using texting services have a Privacy Policy on its website.

3 STEPS to meet the mobile carrier requirements:
- Create a new Privacy Policy Page on your website. Use this wording. (The sentence about not sharing data is essential, but you can add additional information.)
Add your church name values you, and we want to protect the information you give us, which allows us to communicate with you. To that end, you do not share data (including mobile opt-in data) with third parties for marketing or promotion purposes.
- Add a link to the newly created Privacy Policy Page in the footer and/or the top menu of your website.
- Log out of Churchteams, then log back in to see the Requirements Screen again and enter the URL of your website’s Privacy Policy page in the blank where indicated.
